Orders:

All orders a final after forward to our shopping cart or eBayStore. Any additional changes to an order or custom made decals or resin parts may accrue an extra fee. Faxed or posted orders must be signed and arrive with the full payment at the same time, if any delay of the payment accurse, additional fees may accrue to the order. Unless prior arrangements are made with “White-Fang” Enterprises. Order by stock number & give name of item. Total up your order (double check prices) plus postage & handling. All parcel’s are posted and registered mail including insurance: if damaged notify carrier. On Any orders last minute cancellation there is a min. of Aus$55.00 or higher charged for preparation, Artwork /Handling fee/Phone/Fax/Administration.

Custom decals:

All custom made decals will be quoted on; Custom made decal's Must be paid up front with quote approval. And only signed quotes plus full payment received for the order will be progressed. All reference material given by the client will be returned on the day of delivery of the goods. On Any orders last minute cancellation there is a min. of Aus$55.00 or higher charged for preparation/Artwork/Handling fee/Phone/Fax/Administration.

Custom Model’s:

All orders are pick up only or local delivery; we do not posted custom models. Different delivery arrangements can be arranged but depending on the location a delivery fee may be charged.  All projects will be as close as we can be building. A variation of the paint colours and the Custom Sign writing could occur. After hand over of the project, “White-Fang” Enterprises doesn’t take any responsibility for damage or loss of the goods.
